  • 1000 g Chicken breast fillets

Vegetables

  • 600 g Small red potatoes, quartered
  • 250 g Dutch or baby carrots, trimmed and peeled

Marinade

  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 80 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp Crushed garlic

    Approximately 2 cloves minced

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Freshly cracked black pepper

    Add the quartered potatoes and trimmed carrots to your slow cooker.
