- 2 racks pork ribs (spare ribs or baby back), trimmed of excess fat
Approximately 1.5–2 kg total
Seasoning & Sauce
- 500 ml barbecue sauce
Store-bought or homemade
- 2 tsp salt
To taste
- 1 tsp black pepper
