Ingredients
For Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
- 800 g chicken thighs, skin-on, patted dry
Approximately 6-8 thighs
- 100 ml honey
Add in final 30 minutes of cooking
- 6 garlic cloves, minced, minced
Add in final 30 minutes of cooking
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 250 ml chicken stock
For Indian Chicken Curry
- 800 g chicken thighs, skin-on, cut into chunks
Approximately 6-8 thighs
- 1 large onion, diced, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced, minced
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 300 ml chicken stock
- 200 ml coconut cream
Add in final 30 minutes of cooking
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped, chopped
Add just before serving
For Crispy & Tender Baked Chicken Thighs
- 800 g chicken thighs, skin-on, patted dry
Approximately 6-8 thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp each salt and black pepper
To taste
- ½ tsp garlic powder
For Turkish Chicken Kebabs
- 800 g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into chunks
Approximately 6-8 thighs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- 4 garlic cloves, minced, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp each salt and black pepper

For Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper. Brown chicken skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden, then flip and brown for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer to slow cooker.
