Slow Cooker Beef Recipes - Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

• 450g (1lb) extra-lean ground beef
• 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
• 1 medium-sized green bell pepper, chopped
• 500g (17oz) can whole-kernel corn, drained
• 110g (4oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
• 1 teaspoon. salt
• ¼ teaspoon. black pepper
• 300g (11oz) jar salsa
• 5 cups dry medium egg noodles, cooked
• 800g (28oz) can low-sodium diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

1. Brown ground beef and onion in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Transfer to slow cooker.
   
2. Top with remaining ingredients in order listed.
   
3. Cover. Cook on Low 4 hours.
