Ingredients:
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup teriyaki sauce

½ large onion, sliced
- 3 fresh red chili pepper, chopped finely

¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 kg (2 lb) pork tenderloin

¼ cup brown sugar
Steps:
- In a medium size skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Place the tenderloin and cook until brown on all sides.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken broth with teriyaki sauce and brown
sugar.
- Add red chili pepper, black pepper, onion and garlic.
- Place the browned tenderloin into the slow cooker and pour in
the teriyaki sauce mixture.
- Cover and cook for 4 hours over high heat.
- Turn the tenderloin 2-3 times to even doneness.
- Take the tenderloin off the slow cooker and allow to stand for 5
minutes before slicing.
- To serve, spoon the sauce over the tenderloin slices.
