Put rice in a rice bowl and pour boiling water over it. Cover
and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add onion, carrots, corn kernels, Worcestershire sauce,
horseradish, salt, and pepper and mix well.
Stuff the capsicums with the rice mixture and place in a 5L slow
Spoon the soup over the top and around the capsicums. Cover and
cook on low for 7-9 hours, or on high for 3 ½ to 4 ½ hours.
