Hmmm these are currently cooking and smell good!
I assumed you add the mince to the rice mix before stuffing into the peppers. Oh haven't added water to the condensed soup as instructions didn't say to, is this correct?

Cooking time:

Ingredients

  • cup boiling water
  • cup instant white rice
  • cup chopped onions
  • cup grated carrots
  • cup corn kernels
  • teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • teaspoon horseradish
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.5 lb (220g) lean beef, minced
  • 4 medium green capsicum
  • 10 oz (280g) can of condensed tomato soup

Steps:

  • Put rice in a rice bowl and pour boiling water over it. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Add onion, carrots, corn kernels, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  • Stuff the capsicums with the rice mixture and place in a 5L slow cooker.
  • Spoon the soup over the top and around the capsicums. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
