Spirali with Ham, Lemon and Peas
Slow Cooker Size
3 hours LOW heat
Prepare the ingredients in the morning and enjoy this delicious meal at
diced 7 oz (200g)
beaten lightly 2
lemon zest, grated
1 ½ cups
fresh or frozen peas
grated Parmesan cheese
In a large heatproof bowl, place the spirali and cover with
boiling water. Set aside.
Stir for about 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta and place into the slow cooker.
Add the thyme, cream, strip of lemon zest, stock and 2 ½ cups
Cook for 3 hours on Low.
Add the Parmesan, eggs, peas and ham.
Continue to cook, stirring occasionally for about 5 to 10
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
