Smoky Salmon Potato Soup
|Slow Cooker Size
1 ½ cups
diced and peeled

On a medium setting, heat large greased frying pan.
Add onion and cook for 8 minutes, continuous stirring until

Add stock (broth) and potato. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours on
Low or 2 ½ to 3 hours on high until potato is tender.
Using a blender, mix and blend the potato mix in batches.
Add the smoked salmon and milk. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on
High until heated through.
Sprinkle generous amount of salt and pepper to taste.
Stir, pour into cups and serve.
