Ingredients

  • 3 lb (1.5kg) boneless venison roast
  • 1 oz (25 g) pack of dry onion soup mix
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 10 oz (280g) can of mushroom soup condensed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Steps:

  • Place the meat in the slow cooker.
  • Topped the meat with onions and add soy sauce, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  • Combine the soup with the soup mix in a small bowl. Mix well and pour over the venison.
  • Cover and cook for 6 hours over low heat.
