  • 28oz (800g) diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb (500g) shrimp peeled (uncooked)
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups sliced sausage (fully cooked)
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 cup chopped celery ribs
  • teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • teaspoon pepper
  • teaspoon dried thyme
  • teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups rice (cooked)


  • Place all the ingredients (except the shrimp and rice) into a slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook for 7 to 8 hours over low heat.
  • Add the shrimp.
  • Cover and cook for another 1 hour over low heat.
  • Serve with rice.
