This is one of the best comfort food recipes, and itís super easy,
even for a beginner. If you want to turn this into a one-pot meal,
simply mix in a cup or two of diced ham before serving. If you donít
have shredded cheddar, you can substitute four or five slices of
boiled, peeled and sliced
1 cupreserved water
from boiling potatoes
1 teaspoondry mustard
Ĺ teaspoononion powder
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
Boil potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain all but 1 cup of water, and
set that water aside.
Slice potatoes and place in slow cooker.
In a bowl, combine reserved water, milk, dry mustard, salt,
onion powder, and pepper. Pour over potatoes in slow cooker.
