  • 750 grams (1 lb) chuck or stew steak, diced into small cubes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2-4 tablespoons Indian curry paste
  • 420 (13oz) grams diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup (250ml, 8fl oz) beef stock
  • 1-2 cups vegetables of your choice, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned flour


  1. 1. Coat the meat with the flour and fry or brown.
  2. Put all of the ingredients in the slow cooker, vegetables first then put the meat and add the onion.
  3. Cook for 8-10 hours over low heat.
  4. Serve immediately while hot.
