1.5 lb (700 g)
lean lamb mice
grated lemon zest
four-cheese tomato pasta sauce
1. In a large frying pan or skillet, scramble-fry the lamb for
10 minutes on Medium-High until the lamb is no longer pink.
Add the lamb and Greek seasoning together with a sprinkle of
salt and pepper to taste.
Grease 5 to 7 litres slow cooker to assemble the ingredients.
Layer the ingredients as follows:
a. ¾ cup pasta sauce
b. ⅓ pasta
c. One cup lamb mixture To make 2 more layers, repeat steps a to c. Top the assembly
with the remaining pasta sauce
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1 ½ to 2
hours until the entire assembly is heated through and through.
