  • 2 lb (900g) frozen Italian meatballs cooked (about 80 pieces)
  • 8 oz (225g) pineapple tidbits with juice
  • 12 oz (340g) pineapple preserve
  • 8 oz (225g) dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • cup brown sugar


  • Place all the ingredients (except for the meatballs) in a small saucepan.
  • Bring the mixture to the boil.
  • Transfer to a slow cooker
  • Add the preserved mixture.
  • Cover and cook for 4 hours over high heat.
  • Stir well before serving.
