  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into half (boneless)
  • 1 cups onions chopped
  • 10 oz (280g) sliced mushrooms in can, drained
  • cup water
  • cup dijon mustard
  • 5.5 oz (160 g) can of evaporated milk
  • 10 oz (280g) can of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • teaspoon dried chillies crushed
  • 26oz (730g) frozen brocolli sliced and chopped smaller


  • Combine onion, mushrooms, cream of chicken soup, water and crushed chillies in a 4 to 5L slow cooker.
  • Add chicken and stir gently.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook for 8 to 9 hours over low heat or 4 to 4 hours over high heat.
  • Put the evaporated milk and broccoli stirring continuously.
  • Cook for 20 minutes over high heat until broccoli is tender.
  • Serve immediately.
