Whether it is for a dinner or for a breakfast, this soup recipe is
boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Score a cross in the bottom part of each tomato.
Place the tomatoes in a heatproof bowl.
Cover the tomatoes with boiling water and soak for 30 seconds.
Transfer the tomatoes into a bowl with cold water.

Pour in the lemon juice and stir.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with shredded mint.
