Cooking time: 6-8 hours on Low setting

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg (3 lb) boneless venison roast
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 apple, cored and cubed
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 cube of beef bouillon

Steps:

  1. Spread olive oil in the slow cooker.
  2. Place the venison roast, add onions, garlic and apple.
  3. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours over low heat.
  4. Take the roast off the slow cooker and transfer into the serving platter.
  5. Remove the apple. Stir in bouillon and water.
  6. Transfer into the serving bowls and serve.
